When I was fist diagnosed with Lupus, I had a speckled positive ANA and a positive ENA. My ANA has flucuated but remained speckled. Does anyone know what an ENA test is for? I guess what I am trying to get at is; is it possible to have another autoimmune disease with a positive ANA and ENA? And what is the significance of a speckled ANA pattern? I have tried to do research but have found out very little.
