Lupus Support Group
Lupus is an auto-immune disease in which the immune system cannot distinguish between threats (like viruses and bacteria), and healthy cells and tissue. As a result, the body produces antibodies that inflict cell damage, most commonly targeting joints, skin, kidneys and the nervous system. Join the group and find support for coping with lupus.

$$ situation, I have halfed my meds each day to make them stretch. I am not having the sweats like i used to...i don't know if it is a specific med or combination there of.
I did make a recovery. However, I do suffer some residual from the lupus affecting my CNS. I really believe that one of the residual effects is from my hypothalumus being affected. I now get hot very easily and now have the tendecy to sweat heavily.
