Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with this. I have got what looks very much like a butterfly rash but only on one side of my face! Is this possible? I see my Rheumatologist tomorrow and hope to find out one way or the other whether I even have Lupus. So far my ANA tests have come back negative so he's reluctant to make a firm diagnosis. He's never seen my skin when it's been bad so if it's possible to have a problem with just one side this might be the final piece to the jigsaw!
