Has anyone gone a special diet for lupus? Foods that you should or shouldn't eat? I like to think I eat fairly healthy & have tried to switch over to organic foods but haven't noticed much change in the way I feel. I have only read about avoiding alpha sprouts. A man my husband works with from China said I should stay away from all seafoods (ouch!), red meats, dairy, and of course processed foods. I've tried to cut back on coffee, I'm sure this why I've been so negative! I've been trying to drink green tea straight from China everyday (husband travels there every few months)instead. I don't eat sweets or drink pop but love my beer - another hard adjustment! I'm not looking to lose weight-though I wouldn't mind-I just want to feel better. Any suggestions out there?

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
