I try to continue to do a lot of the things that I always did, but I can't help but to let out an occasional (ok, maybe more than occasional) "grunt" or "sigh" when I bend over, climb stairs, as I do my housework. My husband commented today, "do you have to make so many sounds?". I told him that the reason that I had just made a sound is b/c when I had bent over to pick up something off of the floor that a pain had shoot through my head and that I would try to suffer in silence from now on! When I am climbing stairs, the pain in my legs is excruciating, but I climb them anyway. I know that sometimes I say "Oh, oh" as I am climbing. Just wondering, am I just over dramatic with my sounds? Does anyone else hear these comments?
