i have been reading and talking to people thru that passed years and found most people seem to have "normal" flares or the flare and remmission. and i havent really heard anybody talk about not going into remission. i myself never really go into a remission stage. i seem to hurt and hurt all the time. i have a feeling i have fibromyalga 2nd to my lupus. i havent been diagnosed yet or checked really for fibro. i just was wanted to know what does every one go through with their flares. my joints hurt and its usually on one side of the body or one close area. like my elbow will hurt and then the wrist of the same arm. and if its the same side it will go to my hip or knee along with my elbow and wrist hurting. i never have energy and i'm always sooo weak. i hurt about 85% of the day. on good days i dont hurt as much and have more energy but i still end up energyless by around 9:30 at night. mind you i dont wake up till 10am and 12pm. and on bad days i hurt everywhere all day and naproxen doesnt help. i have no energy and have a hard time moving. does anyone else not go into remission and what do you endure threw your flares. sorry this is soo long. Hugs~Joy*
