Yesterday his temp shot up over 103 and he was shaking all over. Looked like his hands were swelled up to. He was so weak he could barely get to the bathroom even using the walker. Scared me to death, I was afraid they would take him away to the facility. I called hospice nurse and she said put ice pack on his head, under arms and on his groin and give him two tylonal. Then they sent a nurse out and by the time she got here the fever was down to 101. She said cancer will do that, fever will come and go sometimes with no reason other than the cancer causes it.
