My grandmom was just diagnosed about 2 months ago with stage 4 non small cell lung cancer. its in both lungs, chest wall, her hip and most likely her shoulder. They are doing 10 radiation treatments to shrink some swollen lymphnodes near her airway but they dont think they are going to do chemo therapy. Does anyone know how I can find out the life expectancy? I really want to be able to go and see her before something happens. This has all happened so quickly. She must have had it for a while to spread so far but the doctors havent given an estimate of how long she has had it. Not sure if they can.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
