It has been almost a year since my Grandmother passed away from Lung cancer. I can still barely make it through a day. Im so hurt and angry. i physically hurt. my heart aches for my mother and my grandfather. there are so many things i wish i said or did. also things i wish i didnt do. i wish i didnt push her so hard to fight when she was ready to go. maybe she could have spent her last days at home not in a nursign home/hospital. When does it get easier?
When will i stop feeling guilty? when will i be able to think of her and not cry? when will i be ok?

The only other thing I can think of is making or doing something in her memory.
Think of something that she was really pasionate about.
If she worked with children or was very fond of them, go do some volenteer work in that area. If she loved baking, make yourself an expert following her recipes. I she loved knitting, make an afgan and contribute to the Veteran's home.
Hope you find something here to help.
