We have addressed the internal messages we give ourselves, as well as ways to create positive affirmations to help recreate our inner condition. I was getting my iPod ready for a run when the thought crossed my mind about the music we listen to. For those of us who have been on this journey for a bit, we can smile or giggle along to the songs we once loved. However, for the newcomer...I want to challenge you as you start this journey. As you listen to your favorite music, really pay attention to the lyrics. Just as we use recorded messages to reprogram our minds, the music you listen to has been just as important in helping to form your inner condition. I'm not suggesting you ditch your favorite music, I'm just planting a seed of awareness as to the messages you tune in to. (-:
