i started college in september and have been keeping to myself alot. one of my lessons is food prep which i find most enjoyable and im more relaxed but when it comes to the others in my class i can usually talk to them if they talk to me first but otherwise i cant even bring myself to say there names!! i dont understand why but it feels so wrong.... any suggestions on how to overcome this?
Before college:
i left school middle of year 9 and sat in my room for over a year with no communication with anyone but my mum and occaisonly dad. lived between mum's and sister's flat about a year, never found it difficult mixing with my sisters friends or her new boy friend. now live with a mate in a house which causes me alot of stress and paranoia due to the father and family problems here.
thanks.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
