I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Destiny plays her part and gives us the options along the way whether we decide that it is up to us.
Emotions can also play their part and rule over the common sense.
My favourite being laughter which I havent seen in a while, but I do think its coming back some where along the way.
I dont particular like the sadness and pain which HAD taken over for a while and allowed me to sit and wallow in it. But you so easily get sucked in if you let it. It wraps its dark cloak around you so you see no other way out. (I cheated and took my torch) so I found a way out.
I am back playing the game again and rolling the dice of destiny, where she will take me who knows?
But thats the game of life, chances and pitfalls...
we brush ourselves done and roll again and hope that destiny looks down and gives us a better path to follow and at that cross road we make the right decision.
And even if we dont we will learn by it, it will make us better people....
