I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i was 17 when i had my first relationship then 35 when i came out fully,then went back into the closet for another 5 year after a failed relationship then sprung out again lol
I came out to a female crush at 13.
I did naked gymnastics with the cute little neighbor-girl at 7.
I was obsessed with my 3rd grade teacher and used to ride my bike past her house over and over.
I just came out yesterday to the nurse at the hospital.
Told my mom when I was 17, 19, 22, 26, 28.. I think she finally gets it.
Coming out is such a journey and we will have to do it for the rest of our lives. I guess I was fully out when I was about 19 with the exception of one college job. Fully out in my work since I was 25, but it's a constant process.
I got married, had kids, lived in hell, till i got out 2 years ago. I never stopped loving womyn or having a connection with them.
