Hey Guys,
Sorry I never post.... been on LDN for 3 years I think.....for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I came on here to see if there were any new postings and sad to hear that LDN hasn't worked for everyone. My dad has PD and LDN seems to help him. He learned this by going on, then off, and then on again.
Anyway, my point.... I know MS is all about lesions and scar tissue, and all kinds of things you guys have to deal with, and I know a lot about serrapeptase because I've been taking it for about 2 years. It has really helped with my RA because it reduces Fibrin and Fibrin clots the blood, causes nodules, scar tissue, fibroids,e tc. Anyway, this has helped me the most, besides LDN. I know that it's written about in biomediclabs.com that it's suppose to help with MS but I haven't known of anyone who has tried it. So, just like a friend threw out Serrapeptase to me and I tried it and it has helped ten-fold, just like LDN has, I figured I should pay it forward and at least let you guys know that maybe you should look into it and see if it's something you should try.
just trying to be helpful. AND sometimes, I have had some very suspicious symptoms... I hope it's not MS or PD, but they are very suspicious, very MS like, and they last a while and then go away... I just tell myself not to worry for now and hopefully one day I'll have insurance and actually know for sure. Luckily the symptoms are very mild so far. IF I did have MS, even in the beginning stages, i would have lesions right? thanks for your support.
hugs,
Sarah

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Yes, MS is lesions, Multiple Sclerosis means many scars, no scars aka lesions, no 'MS'
good to see you here ;)
not know what to drink. I can not be long of ibuprofen will ruin my stomach. I'm
still two months of LDN 4mg drink, but this knee pain is terrible and could
barely walk. Today I came across this site Is anyone familiar with this method
of removing the pain and the site here.

I also drank serapeptaza it helped decrease swelling in my knee but did not help sore knees.
if it helped with the swelling but not with the pain, then you probably have bone on bone. There isn't anything that will help with bone grinding on bone, besides surgery and there are now injections that work for a short while that work as a lubricant in the knee. One thing that is suppose to help with osteoarthritis, come to think of it is called, "Osteo-tec". It's made of undernatured (uncooked) chicken cartilage and many people with osteoarthritis swear by it. Hope that helps. Larry, it's good to see you too! ;)

Sarah wanted to ask you all the time you drink from both LDN no pain. And if you have what you are all right to not hurt?
First, Suera, thanks! The only traditional med I take is prednisone, 2.5mg right at bedtime. I used to not take this but decided recently to give it a shot after reading about time-released prednisone, soon to come out and really noticed a difference! Before I wasn't taking any prednisone but I did have more inflammation than I do now. I noticed improvement on Serrapeptase after four months. I know it took such a long time that I almost gave up. Actually wait, 3 months. At two months, no difference, three months, some difference and four months, it's like wholly macro, wow!
I definitely recommend it.
Vtvt, it sounds like you have rheumatoid arthritis, like me. So are you taking methotrexate, prednisone and Low Dose Naltrexone?
Whatever the case, you need to take supplements, in my opinion. Serrapeptase, Celadrin, Gingko Biloba, Resveratol, quercetin, apigenin, turmeric.
Each does something different. Serrapeptase removes fibrin and scar tissue. Celadrin works better than fish oil and reduces inflammation in general. The cream works well too, I highly recommend it. Gingko Biloba helps with circulation. Resveratol reduces tnf protein. Quercetin works with your hystamine and reduces allergic reactions. Apigenin brings your cell's life cycle to normal. WIth inflammation, the cells stick around rather than dying off when they're suppose to. You can get natural apigenin by eating lots of celery. Turmeric works with your cortisone levels and is suppose to work almost as well as cortisone. It's anti-bacterial.
There are LOTS of great things to try. These are what I recommend for now!

I really think the best thing I have found for glucosamine/chondroitin and msm is New Zealand green lipped mussels from Swanson's. There are other brands but I find this one's good and the price is great. Green lipped mussels have glucosamine, chondroitin and msm naturally. But they also have protein, iron, iodine and minerals. So you get a little more for your money.
Just be sure that whatever you buy for your glucosamine, chondroitin, msm pills that it does not contain other ingredients such as corn starch, food colorings or additives. Those things can cause excess inflammation and undue what you are hoping for. That's why I recommend what I recommend, then at least you are getting it from the source. Heck, if you can just get it naturally, through diet, then even better!
good luck! Also, I tried green tea for a while and didn't feel it helped that much. you may want to try quercetin which is in green tea. I think it's stronger and works better. It works with your histamine.
