Hello guys, just a brief update, Ive now been on the 1.5mg for 3weeks and due to go up to 3mg next week, the spaced out feeling I had has been better since I started the vit B1 s, Im not sure why that happened, but it seemed to improve the daydreamy effect I was having. I also take VitB complex sublingual, (under tongue) this has no B1 in it, only B6 B12 etc...the vitamin absorbtion posts are interesting to me as I feel better since the LDN is now along side the Bvits, so it really makes me wonder if your not onto something here, keep up the exploring Id be interested to hear :-)
