I was told once you have a stone you have a 50% chance of getting them....after the second one the chances got to like 75% and up from there with each stone. try to avoid eating the foods that cause your particular stones and DRINK TONS of WATER is what I was told. The more you can drink the more flushed your kidneys will be and they will be less likely to keep the deposits.
