Yesterday's u/s was a milestone for us. Two babies, each measuring right on track (baby 1--6w4d & baby 2--6w3d) and two thumping hearts. We have never been on track or made it this far. It's finally hitting me, there are two human beings growing inside me. Such a miracle I have never known. The RE is confident things are progressing exactly as they should be, but has promised to keep me under his care until the last possible minute so I can watch their development. He knows how anxious I am in general, but after all I have gone through to get to this place I am naturally a little more anxious than I should be. Next Wed. I get to see them again. I can't wait!
