I just thought i would share this with you guys, i went to the doctor a few weeks back after being on several SSRI antidepressants to help anxiety depression and IBS, i found only 2 worked with my IBS but made my anxiety and depression worse, so i went back to a different doc and he has put me on a Tricylic antidepressant and so far it has changed everything, i do occasionally get bad stomach ache, but before it was all day every day and i was going to the toilet 12 times a day, now its 2 or 3. I know some won't want to go down this route but for me its not gave me any side effects apart from calming my stomach which is what i was after, im sleeping normally and if anything my mood has lifted alittle, at first i was a bit sleepy which is what i expected but nuthing like some i have taken before, so i just though i would share it incase anyone is on an antipdepressant to help depression and ibs like me and has found its not working that well, maybe give this a try!! the one im on is amitriptyline :-) xx

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
