I have IBS very severly and I have tried everything and I found this IBS Diet that is all natural. The womans name is Heather Van Vorous that is the author of the book for the IBS Diet and she has tummy teas that are for consipation or the diarrhea and spasms. The tea does not taste all that great but it works really good. She also has peppermint oil caps that are for the bloating, gas, and spasms that relieve almost instantly. I have tried everything from the zelnorn on down and they have all failed but this is going good so far and I just started this diet about a week ago and I will keep it up. I am now also starting to have bowel movements on a daily and that is not normal for me. I would suggest this to anyone.
