i read something in a magazine recently where a man who had IBS and terrible constipation problems started taking a magnesium supplement every day. I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a try. It really works! I don't take it every day, maybe 2-3 times a week but it keeps me regular. I told my doctor about it and he doesn't see a problem with taking it. He said it doesn't work for everybody. It's worth a try for those of you who have this problem, it's cheap, and you don't need a prescription. I believe my tablets are 200 mg
