Hey I have IBS C and my belly is almost always bloated...I have a little fat on my belly but combined that plus the bloat I feel like my belly looks big. People tell me it's fine, but it's not how it used to be. I'm 5'4 and 120 lbs I'm not skinny but not big either. I was thinking that maybe if I just get rid of all my fat on my belly and just be bloated it will look smaller/better...I don't know what else to do to get it to its normal size...I'm doing the South Beach Diet and I hope to lose a LOT bc I want this belly problem gone...any advice? PS I tried fiber and stuff like that, but it seems to make me gassy and sometimes more bloated...I know theres diff kinds of fiber soluble and insoluble...which one should I eat?
