Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

Well I have constipation with mine and I was really bloated last night too. I took a laxitive and feel so much better today.

I have IBS C too. I've started trying out this new tea called Laci Le Beau. It's at GNC and it really helps me. I drink it before bed

Anybody ever tried senecot? Its a natural vegetable laxative and it helps without making you cramp up and feel horrible. Seriously check this stuff out. I used to take ex-lax until it gave me such bad cramps that I passed out one time.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
