I am just curious how many of you have had a colonoscopy done. At 28, I had my first when I went to a new gastroenterologist to help me with stomach pain and my IBS and GERD. She found a large amount of polyps followed by 2 large polyps. I had to undergo surgery to avoid cancer. Some of mine was genetic, but come to find out, chronic constipation can be associated with polyps/colon cancer. Just trying to see if everyone else is being tested to prevent this horrible disease. It is ravaging my brother in law so I want to put the word out there if you have not had one (at any age) get one!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
