Irritable bowel syndrome is a common intestinal disorder that is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cramping, and constipation. Typically no abnormalities appear during standard medical testing, and so irritable bowel syndrome is identified by the symptoms. Although irritable bowel syndrome can cause serious discomfort, the intestines are not harmed.

dont eat broccili! change to some other vegie! apparently drinking after a meal instead of during helps with wind...and eating slowly

Yes, broccoli is very gassy. It always makes me hurt with gas. I think ginger is good and maybe some type of antacid.

what do u eat with your broccoli ? must admit it always makes me gassy but i love it - however i do still have it but i mix it with pasta or eat some starchy stuff first see if it has the same effect :O)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
