I used to look forward to my coffee in the morning. I am having a hard time getting up now. I have nothing to look forward to in the morning to help watch me deal with the kids. I have lot's of food allergy's and with the restrictions of the IC diet it makes things really frustrating. I am allergic to all citrus fruits, banana's, tomatoes, strawberries, avocado's, all nuts, and much more I give up so much already. I want my coffee back. What can I drink in place of coffee?
