I have never been an avid water drinker. Since my diagnosis, I have discovered that I don't drink water because I associate drinking water with having to go to the bathroom which = pain. I realize drinking more water would help with the IC pain, but I have been in this mode for so long I don't know how to break the habit. I don't think about it until my hands and feet are swollen, and I have a headache. Has anyone had this same problem, and have any little tricks or suggestions to get in the habit of drinking more water? I know this sounds elementary and some might be thinking duh... but I cannot seem to get ahold of this particular problem. I welcome ANY suggestions, please. Thanks.
