I have looked at many IC Diets on line and basically it says that I can not have ANY fruit, expect pears/blueberries, no tomatoe products at all, no salads or dressings, no nuts, no onions/spices or anything spicy, no yogart, a lot of cheeses. Basically, what I am getting from this diet, is that I can eat vegetables (some), chicken/some red meat, shirmp seems to be on the OK menu, rice/pasta - as long as you don't have any sauce on the pasta. It is very hard for me to determine what I can eat in a normal day. I can go to ThunderClouds during lunch and grab what? A turkey sub with turkey, maybe cheese and that's it right??????? I can grill my own chicken breast at night and put that in a dish with some rice and bring that for lunch but let's get a grip ladies, I have a child and getting my lunch together every night is not possible. I recently purchased Prelief and started that taking that with my lunch/dinner if it is questionable. I purchased the Aloe Leaf pills but have not rec'd those yet but I have to stick to an IC Diet while taking those and I don't have a CLEAR picture of what I can eat. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
