This is my first week on the IC Diet and I have cheated a little but I have taken "prelief" prior to eating something suspect. lol I stopped drinking Diet Coke, which was very difficult! I have found though that I can eat a lot of good foods but they usually come in the form of more healthy foods/items on the menu. I will have to assign myself a cheat day though because my flares are weird. Sometimes I get them with certian foods and sometimes I don't. I miss Mexican Food with a cold Margarita. I'll go next weekend and treat myself if I do well this next week. I will say this though, the prelief pills do work and I was pleased on how they made it OK to eat certain foods.
