I use to exercise alot (weights and cardio). Since I had a bad flare up a few weeks ago, I am scared to go to the gym. I rode my bike a few times, but that's about it. Will exercising cause me to flare up again? I was told I should watch how much weight I use because of the pain in my vaginal area. Is this true? My pain is always there. Lately, the pain has stopped me from doing alot of things I use to do. I can handle a little, but not alot! Please give me your opinions.Thanks!!
