I had a massage yesterday and she finished up by applying Biofreeze ointment liberally over my back. I showered it off as soon as I got home. Today my pyridium is not good enough and I need Vicodin to make the bladder pain endurable. Could a skin ointment be absorbed enough to hurt the bladder? Or could it be something about the massage? They tell you to drink lots of water after a massage for some reason--to wash out the debris worked out of your cells? Or?
