I am already on a limited diet because I am allergic to egg whites, paenuts and dairy. Now I found out that I will have to limit my diet even more. I am a very small person so weight loss is problematic. If anyone can give me food tips I would appreciate it. I found one website that was helpful that had a food list and recipes but getting ideas from other people helps too. It seems like organic is the way to go? Thank you to anyone that posts.
