My doctor will not prescribe meds to recover from the DMSO installations so I've been reconsidering going back on Elmiron. The only problem is my husband appears to be allergic to it. Whenever I touched him, he seemed to break out in a rash and severe itching and intercourse was impossible because he couldn't stop itching. My doctor couldn't believe it. We did a few trials where I would stop the Elmiron and then my husband was okay. I had to stop taking it because of my poor husband. Has anyone ever heard of something this strange before? My husband was tested for STDS and food allergies and nothing came up so we are positive it was the medication. It's too bad because I was actually feeling a little bit better on the Elmiron....

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
