ok so i have been dating my boyfriend for the last year and four mths and known him for the last two years ,we are planning on getting marryed and im not really concerned about our marriage im concerned about my mother, while she likes him as a person she well never get over him being black. while i have already come to terms with that and realize that i cant change her i have a bad feeling about how she well deal with us getting marryed, i know planning a wedding can be stressful enough with out throwing this into the mix , im just wondering if anyone else has experience similar things and how it worked out? thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. If she truly has problems, find out if it's because he is black, or if it's something about his personality. Things may resolve nicely after the marriage, but if not, you have to find out what the exact problem is. Good luck!!
