Since KatiKat asked what my faith is, I feel a new thread and a better explanation is needed. I've stated that I am Pagan, but not a lot of folks have heard the term, much less understand the broad scope that the word 'Pagan' can take.
Here's a link that will take you to a well written article explaining a good deal about Pagans/Paganism:

About me specifically:
I am monotheistic Pagan. My view of Deity differs from that of most Pagans in general. Deity to me is a single being which I call the Allwise, but that single being has within it dual natures. It is at all times, all things: both young/old, strong/weak, male/female, positive/negative, etc.
I revere & honor Nature as the glorious gift that it is, as well as a manifestation of the Allwise it's self. The Allwise is in all things at all times.
I believe in reincarnation, the basics of karma, and that our ultimate goal is that passing through many lifetimes, we gain all the learning possible in order to acheive union with the Allwise.
I practice magick as part of my faith. But unlike some, I do not say that Witchcraft is a religion. I was taught and fully believe that it is exactly what it's called: a craft. A practice. Magick needs no god or goddess to be called upon in order for it's goals to be made manifest.
I know this is a lot to take in at one time, so I will stop here and let you check out the link. Afterwards, I will answer any questions so feel free to ask. :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
To one of those religions, a Buddhist is a pagan and so on.
I would think if you label yourself as a pagan you can believe in pretty much anything you want to, in any combinations and still fall under the same umbrella.
I don't capitalize pagan because it's a category and not a specified religion. Religions under the category would then be capitalized, though of course when using the word "God", the capitalization always refers to God as in YWH, Father of Jesus Christ. I'm not sure why so many people these days capitalize the word "gods" when it's a proper name. Ahh, grammar.
I have a wee question for you: in your particular faith, do you believe it is ok to manipulate people to do as you wish? Is magic ever used to this end? Is there a moral consequence to that; is it prohibited?
Curious because of course mainstream media focuses on the use of magic to control others, which I would think would be reprehensible to those who believe that controlling others is wrong/sin.
Now you wish to eplain Paganism to me? LOL
I've studied for over 24 yrs, I know whereof I speak. But you clearly do not, so please refrain from making judgements on me, my faith, or anyone else's here!
You missed where I said there was a broad scope to the word Pagan.
It's clear you didn't bother to read the article I linked to my post. I find it interesting that you expect respect for your faith, but you cannot give that same respect to others.
If you can't be bothered to learn & understand, why should I bother to explain?
