I like it, it just might work. And I have tried melatonin and it doesn't work for me.
Fear, anxiety, safety, etc. cannot be overcome with medications. However, some people have natural rhythyms that make them nite owls.
I posted some info on delayed sleep phase which is a sleep disorder NOT a psychiatric issue.
