I cant sleep most nights, at best i will get in to bed, and 3 hours later i will fall asleep, i think about things way too much, and my mind just keeps going, i've tried some stuff, nothing real though, those stupid tablets you get from the shop that are ment to make you sleepy, they made me sleepy, but they didnt make me sleep, so any help on the matter would be greatfully recived

If ever I have about 12ish hours to spare...I'll have a cup of Yogi Bedtime Tea. I know it sounds dumb...but crazily enough...for me, who's had a sleeping disorder since I was 6 with nothing else working at all, this put me out for nearly 12 hours. You should try it and see what happens.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
