I was wondering if anyone here has taken this for a week at a time and then if they were able to sleep after the week was up? I have been taking it a few times a week, but it's gotten to the point where it only puts me out for an hour or two at most and I was not coping, so the doctor has given me the stilnox cr and I have to take it every night for a week, plus half a regular stilnox. Last night was first go with it and it actually did put me out for about 6 or 7 hours, but I'm a bit concerned what happens when I stop mid week, will I not be able to sleep at all? I am waiting on a specialist appointment and all tests so far are clear, so I have no idea what is causing my insomnia.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
