I HAVE HAD SLEEP PROBLEMS FOR A LONG TIME NOW.TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS TO "SHUT OFF MY MIND"AND POSSIBLE GET SOME MUCH NEEDED SLEEP.I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING FROM BENEDRYL TO VALIUM.WHICH GAVE ME SOME DOWN TIME,BUT NOT SLEEP.I HAVE ADJUSTED MY DIET TO NOT INCLUDE SODA OR ANY CAFFEINE AT LEAST 6 HRS.BEFORE BED,SO THAT MAYBE I WOULD JUST GET SO TIRED AND FALL INTO BED AND A DEEP SLEEP.."GUESS WHAT"? DIDNT HELP..SO FRUSTRATING! SO I NOW HAVE DARK CIRLES UNDER MY EYES AND FEEL TIRED SO MUCH THAT MY BODY JUST DOESNT CARE IF I SLEEP OR NOT! SO I WALK AROUND LOOKING LIKE CRAP,AND FEELING SO TIRED I JUST WANNA NAP ANYWHERE I CAN....I HAVE STARTED TO TAKE "MELATONIN" IN THE EVENING ABOUT 3HRS. BEFORE BED,AND NOT HAVE ANY SUGAR,CAFFEINE ECT.. IT SEEMS TO HELP SOME AND I CAN AT LEAST CLOSE MY EYES AND REST..ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER IDES THAT MAY NOT INCLUDE "ADDICTIVE" DRUGS???
