okay so it seems like I get really great sleep for a couple of months and then it goes downhill to where I can only get an hour a sleep at a time waking up in so much pain to not sleeping at ALL for weeks... does anyone else get this way? I have been taking 2 sleeping pills at a time... and it still doesn't help.. it really sucks.... i need help or just to talk it out with someone.. its getting me more depressed too... i have been crying alot and doing a lot of outbursts with my husband and daughter and its not their faults its just me not sleeping.. i can get used of not sleeping after a day or two of it and then a couple weeks later I sleep well again! this is not healthy for the body right?!
