i don't sleep well anyway i havnt done for years but just lately it has got a lot worse.i wake up after about one and a half hours sleep and then i am awake approx every hour till i get up in the morning exhausted...so consiquently i never get into the deep sleep rhythm you need to keep you healthy....various things wake me,bad dreams,needing to go to the loo,wanting a drink but just lately dreadful sweats i feel as if i'm on fire [especially my head and i am sweating not just hot]and it's not the menopause that is long gone after an ealy hysterectomy......so any one any ideas i have a fan in my room that helps a little but still no proper sleep.....so help please

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
