I haven't slept more about 3 hours a night in weeks. When I take sleep meds, I sleep, but I am a zombie the next day; my job doesn't allow me to do that. Is there anything non-chemical that helps? I've tried the standard stuff - warm milk, Valerian Root, Melatonin, etc. Nothing seems to help. I've made some environment adjustments, which make me more comfortable, but about 4 or 5 am I'm up.
