Ok if I am choosing to stay on a path of unhealthy sleep patterns and I know it is unhealthy then the answer to the arthmetic would be to find something that will knock me out cold at a healthy time.Find a support figure that will remind me to take my medication.I can be proud of doing this all on my own except for what the chemicals do.But what if there is a fire and my medication works TOO well?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
