I've noticed a lot of posts that kind of touch on this subject, but none that are completely direct, so I thought I'd bring it up. What do you all think about sleep induced by medication vs non-medicated approaches? What do those of you who prefer a non-medicated approach suggest to those of us who have literally tried everything? I hope this discussion doesn't get too heated, but I'm really curious what everyone thinks.
