I am often called out or asked to report at times when I'd normally be asleep--at times I'm out 36 hours or more. I've noticed that after these call-outs, It takes me at least a week before I get a full 8 hours of sleep--and then it seems I can sleep regularly until the next call-out. Has anyone experienced this or know a better way other than time to reestablish a regular sleep rhythm?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
