There is a place called insomnia
I go there every night
In Somnia I do not sleep
It is my own world
Quiet Dark and Lonley
I think of everyone I know and how hours ago
I let them go, because I had to fly to be in Somnia
In this place I think of all the people I know
How they are sleeping
When there alarms will buzz
When their feet will hit the floor
what time they will be ready and out the door
I start to feel sore about whats in store
For a girl who counted every sheep
and even led them back to with little bo peep
Tomorrow starts to be today
and awake I stay
I lay and lay
thinking of tomorrow today
and what they will say, l
you need to go to bed at a decent time every night
get up before nine o'clock
tick tick tock
1am 2am 3am the clock
can't sleep and time won't stop
Runs by and I can't even shut an eye
I am very tired but my eyes stay wide
They itch, they're dry, couldn't even cry
or ask why
I am in Somnia
Land of me
the dark
silence
Thoughts wheeling like a ferris wheel
or eyes so dry they start to peel
In Somnia it is hard to feel
Awake yet numb
Those who sleep think I'm dumb
For living in Somnia
But Somnia isn't a bad country
I just need to get some sleep
I go there every night
In Somnia I do not sleep
It is my own world
Quiet Dark and Lonley

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
