I have severe insomnia, i have had it since i was a teenager. I take ambien 10mg, which works for about 4-5 hours. I've tried all types of natural teas that are suppose to help calm you and make u sleepy. I have tried over the counter meds. I have tried Goody's PM, which does work but it tastes awful. I've taken Xanax which is prescribed to me for anxiety issues, but if i don't take them for a while, and then take on before bed, it helps. But I haven't sleep a full night in years. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do homopathically to get me some dadgum sleep?
