I need help on how to sleep. Honestly I have tried everything. Doctors will give me sleeping pills, and they do help. But doctors dont like to perscribe that much. So I am at a lose trying to cure this naturally. I have tried: Sleeping tea, over the counter sleeping pills, B vitamins, warm milk and honey, lavender baths, tanning, white noise (fan in The most every was 1 week, and I felt a little crazy. Now I am getting very bad pressure headaches, I feel like I have no energy, and am getting forgetfulness. I want to exercise but when I stand up it feels like my head is going to fall off. Does anyone have any suggestions, as doctors dont seem to really help.
