This is kinda ridiculous behavior over this past week. I've been tired all day and around 10pm I was finishing up work for my online class and decided since I was tired I'd finally be able to go to bed at a normal time once my work was done. No. It's 2:25 AM and I AM tired but I just can't go to sleep! I need to be doing something. I feel like it's okay to nap and sleep at any time during the day but right now I just can't go to sleep. I can't lie down and shut my eyes and go to sleep. Something in my brain is keeping me up. Does anyone else deal with this??
