I can never sleep for more than four hours at a time. This has been going on for a little over a year now. I had major surgery right after Thanksgiving of 2006. I hate hospitals and I could not sleep. I was in there for about ten days and every since then I my sleeping has been all screwed up. I would like to get at least six hours a night. They gave me Ambien when I left the hospital, which worked but I have ran out of that a long time ago. I have no medical coverage, therefore, no doctor. Any suggestions......
