It doesn't necessarily work for everybody, BUT it's cheap, doesn't involve a doctor, and you can self medicate without worrying about too much. You should NOT take the whole bottle, LOL, but you can test out different dosages and try to find one that works for you. Make sure you buy one without a ton of additives and crap, and you should be good.
It's not a cure all, but it might help you break the cycle if you take it now, instead of a week from now when your body has been readjusted to a 'little' sleep rhythm.
